• You understand that results are informational only and not a legal or academic determination of plagiarism

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any of the following:

• Facilitating or assisting academic dishonesty — including submitting another person’s work as your own after verifying it with this tool
• Checking content with the intent to evade plagiarism detection in an academic or institutional setting
• Submitting content that violates any applicable law, including content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Commercial resale or redistribution of the Service’s output without permission
• Any use that damages, disables, or impairs the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any text you submit. We do not claim ownership of submitted content. By submitting text, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your plagiarism result.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
